Principal Biographic
Wesley D. Lamoureux, Jr.

Mr. Lamoureux is a past Chairman of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of the Leadership Brentwood Program, and was a member of the Williamson County Economic Development Council for nearly 7 years. Prior to forming Lamoureux Properties, Wes served six years as development vice-president for a mid-sized regional development company in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, with responsibility for development and leasing of retail and office properties in several Mid-Atlantic States. Previously, Wes owned a commercial real estate firm in Washington, D. C. and served as consultant to The Watergate Companies during the remodeling of the Watergate Hotel and re-tenanting the entire commercial office and retail components of the Watergate complex. Mr. Lamoureux has personally overseen the acquisition and development of numerous projects on behalf of several investment partnerships in which he was a partner. During his career spanning over 30-years, Mr. Lamoureux has been involved in several million square feet of real estate transactions including sales, leasing, and financing of both commercial and residential properties. As a veteran Marine Corps officer, and Manager of one of the largest former Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate offices in the country, Mr. Lamoureux possesses the leadership, experience and managerial skills requisite for such challenging times in our industry. Wes has been actively involved in many areas of community service and is a long-standing member of the Brentwood Rotary Club. He has acted as a board member for several Organizations including the YMCA and Boy Scouts of middle Tennessee, and is a former board member of the Tennessee State chapter of NAIOP. Mr. Lamoureux has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as being among its list of most influential people in Williamson County. Mr. Lamoureux has an Undergraduate Degree in Business from East Carolina University and a Master's Degree in Systems Management from The University of Southern California. Wes and his wife Mary have lived in Brentwood since 1997.
